Core Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for puchase order release and supplier performance management (Term , Lead time, MOQ, Price ,etc. according to Logistics requirements), as well as purchasing contract renewal and routine follow-up.
2.Work with closely with Planning team about the purchased material shipping status.
3.Work with closely with TPM and Engineering departmenting on inventory management during the GECO process (Global Engineering Change Order)
4.Manage patial inter-co purchase order,while working cross-functionally with all departments in order to meet inter-co customers
5.Continuely to analyze vendors production capacity and material inventory level to improve the purchased material lead time.
6.Purchasing data analysis and report from supply chain viewpoint for the continuousely improvement (Risk Management, Budget&Forecast, Planning, Inventory Level, Safety stock, MOQ, Price, L/T, etc.)
7.Ensure the reliability of supplies per supplier performance appraisal system
8.Participate in localization and cost saving projects negotiation with supplier at L/T, MOQ, Price, etc.
9.Optimize and improve the purchasing Procedure, Supplier Management System, etc.
10.Application for purchased material payment.
11.Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Key Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, Mechanical Engieering or similar
2.5 years+ working experience in purchasing. Strong technical and engineering background is a plus.
3.Good technical background in machinery manufacturing industry and knowledge of mechanics processing.
4.Good negotiation and commercial skills,Ability to listen effectively and communicate openly
5.Ability to acquire and evaluate data, and conduct cost/pricing analyses
6.Experience managing supplier performance and inventory management
7.Logical and systematical thinking skill and project result oriented.
8.Fluent English comminication skill
9.Be familiar with ISO 9001、14001 、OHSAS18000 related Laws and regulations
